We provide a quote based on the devices you no longer need.

Once the quote is approved, we provide packaging materials, shipping labels and instructions for unlocking devices to make it as easy as possible for you to send your devices to iDoc.

Once the devices are received, our team inspects them and prepares a final report. After reviewing the final report together, iDoc sends your payment and the buyback is complete.

How do you determine the buyback price for devices?

Depending on the device type, laptop or tablet, a unique set of components are scored A-F with each component being assigned a weighted score. Payment is determined based on the condition of your used devices after they have been evaluated and scored.

How do we prepare our devices for buy back?

To prepare your devices for buyback, please remove all accessories and user passwords. iDoc will provide a full preparation guide when it is time for you to send in your devices.

When do we receive payment for our devices?

Payment is issued after the final agreement has been signed. In many cases, you will receive your money in as little as 45 days from the start of the process.
