Yes, we’d be happy to. You’ll hear from us really soon with an invoice and tracking for your box. Please make sure to include the address you want the box shipped to in the box request form.

Great question. Every repair is different, but when we send you a quote we’ll also include a ship back date and if we don’t ship it out by then, the return shipping is on us. We don’t want your computer here any longer than it needs to be here. We work really hard to look at every computer the day it arrives and many even leave our shop the same day they arrive.

Nope. While being Apple certified might sound great and reliable, it is a true nightmare for many repair centers. Being Apple certified means we have to follow more rules, buy parts from Apple and in the long run, charge you more. We want to help you repair your things, and make it affordable to do so.

Yes. In the computer world many of the parts all come from the same place and we test EVERYTHING. Your parts are inspected, tested and then tested again before we send your device back. In the event something does go wrong, you’re covered by a 90-day warranty and even after 90 days we still want to help if you are having problems.

Then you pay nothing.

It’s very simple: if we can’t repair your computer we’ll send it back for free and charge you nothing.

You might. So make sure you back up your computer. If you need help or want us to do it, make sure you let us know.

Please don’t. We don’t need chargers, cases, or your original Apple box.
