After evaluating the repair criteria, iDoc will supply packaging and shipping labels. Or, you can use your preferred shipping method to send in your devices.
03 Ship Your Broken Units
While your units are in transit, iDoc will generate a support ticket and preorder any parts that may be necessary for your repairs.
04 iDoc Diagnoses the Devices
You will receive a thorough outline of the necessary repairs, a quote, and the promised return date. Repairs commence with your approval.

Yes, we can. Make sure to include the address where the packing should be shipped in your repair request form.
How long will my repair take?
Every repair is different, but we make every effort to repair devices as quickly as possible. We include an estimated repair time in our initial diagnosis, and if we are unable to meet that return date, return shipping is on us.
Will I lose data from my devices?
Sometimes an extensive repair can interfere with data. It is best to be cautious and back up your devices before sending them in. If you would like help with this, make sure to let us know ahead of time, and we can back them up for you before we begin repairs.
Should I send accessories?
No. We will not need chargers, cases, or any accessories.
